Reflex recovers 86.77% of the hazards a 2024 state-of-the-art detector (LION-Mamba) misses across 6 Argoverse 2 cities — 95% CI (confidence interval) 84.9–88.5%, n=1,368, at a 2% false-positive rate, on Modal A100-80GB. The result is Ed25519-signed and independently reproducible. Validated against three real detectors (LION-Mamba, CenterPoint, BEVFusion). Patent portfolio recently expanded to cover the deterministic reflex layer and cross-organizational calibration architecture.
